Welcome to Supai Amboseli Eco-Lodge’s official website. By accessing or using our site and booking services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. General Information

Supai Amboseli Eco-Lodge is owned and operated by Aexora Estate Ltd, a limited liability company registered in Kenya under the Companies Act, 2015.

  1. Bookings & Payments
  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Payment can be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or US Dollars (USD) via secure payment gateways or approved travel platforms.
  • Prices include applicable taxes and levies unless stated otherwise.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your booking details before submission.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival: 100% refund (less transaction fees).
  • Cancellations within 7–13 days: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows: non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
  1. Check-in / Check-out
  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property, environment, staff, and local community. Supai Amboseli Eco-Lodge reserves the right to deny admission or terminate stays for misconduct, illegal activity, or property damage.

  1. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Supai Amboseli Eco-Lodge shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Injury or accident resulting from unsafe or negligent guest behavior.
  • Events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
  1. Intellectual Property

All website content (images, text, design, logo, videos) is the intellectual property of Aexora Estate Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.

  1. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your information.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
